fix(booking): 允许管理员/老师通过同一接口取消任意预约
...
将 cancelBooking 改为接收 actor（{ id, isAdmin }），服务端按 JWT role
分流：普通成员仅能取消自己的预约，管理员跳过 owner check。
history 备注自动按 actor 选择「学员/管理员」前缀，审计可追溯。
客户端无感，仍调 PUT /booking/:id/cancel，前端零改动。

fix(teaching-schedule): 当日课表展示所有状态，并支持点入课程详情
...
- 后端 getTeachingScheduleByDate 在查询当天时不再以 PENDING/CONFIRMED 过滤 timeSlot
也不限制 include.bookings 的状态，但仍保留 EXISTS 守卫过滤空 slot
- 其他日期维持原「只看待上课」语义
- 抽出私有 formatLocalDate 工具方法，消除服务端 YYYY-MM-DD 构造的 3 处重复
- 前端 teaching-schedule 的 session 卡片可点击跳到 /pages/booking/detail?slotId=
- 补全 student__status--completed / --cancelled 样式

Booking: reservation with atomic transactions, cancellation with refund
logic based on cancelHoursLimit (23 tests)
Payment: WeChat Pay integration (mock), order lifecycle, membership
creation on payment callback (13 tests)
Scheduler: cron tasks for slot generation, cleanup, membership expiry (8 tests)
109 total tests passing across 9 test suites
