feat: 更新应用名称和版本，调整启动画面布局

- 将应用名称从 "Sealife" 修改为 "海豹健康"
- 更新应用版本号至 1.0.5
- 调整启动画面中 logo 的位置和约束，优化显示效果
- 修改项目配置文件，设置开发区域为简体中文
